Redundancies at Sky’s Dennistoun Office

Alongside local MSP Ivan McKee, I raised concerns for staff at a meeting with Sky.

It’s a worrying time for Sky’s staff and their families and I am concerned for them all. I will be working to support them and will continue to speak to Sky to make sure staff are properly supported by them.

Sky are an important employer in this constituency. These job losses are all leadership roles and it’s important that people feel they can progress in their career locally and not have to travel, or perhaps even move out, of the area if they want to be promoted.
